...tretch until late night 2am-3am where they have been working since morning 10am They don't pay extra for OT and don't even give comp offs for these extra hours Employees are burdened with impossible targets and less time. If you are working here are logging off on time, you should really consider yourself lucky. Tasks are allocated outside working hours where employee is asked to support de prioritising their own personal commitments Employees working here don't have any personal lives. If you do have one and starting to work here, say bye bye to it. I won't recommend this company to even my enemy.

...stomers, recognises the effort of employees, remain grateful for the employees. The compensation is good and the employees are able to learn and develop skills as they provide periodical training.

Dislikes

Work-Life Balance is a big concern due to travel schedule. Unhealthy blaming within the organisation between different teams due to poor Co-ordination in work. Management should find a way to improve the situation and keep all the teams and the employees organisation united.

Salary hikes are to the lower side always. No promotions for years and years. Anytime fire, no job security. Requirements are always hidden, not properly disclosed. From all seniors some kind of dependency is created. Seniors don't give chance to implement what an individual thinks. Same work all the time, no chance given to go next step in individual career. Work satisfaction = -1 Too much politics seniors will do. All seniors are manipulating the new joined individuals, because they are in this company more than 6-7 years. No new employee on higher level positions. Employees are getting layed off like they are nothing.

A lot of politics, one can not survive in the organisation based on his performance if he is not a politician . They hire and fire people. Non performers are promoted and good talent leaves the company after 6 months. They pay atleast 25% less than your market value. Never join such organisation that leads you nowhere in your life. 80 % of an employee bandwidth is utilised for office politics. Hr have no authority and they are of no use.

due to the COVID 19 pandemic a lot of hospitals are experiencing a shortage of consultants. Most emergency wards are being managed by young doctors & head nurses who may not be very familiar with ECG interpretation. Tricog is company that provides cardiologist certified ECG reports within 10 to 15 minutes and its supporting all its clients remotely and doing the needful in this pandemic.
