Nothing they don't have permanent office in ahmedabad and they took 3 room and in place of 7 to 8 people they are asking to sit 11 people. The work culture is very bad and the management was terrible we don't have space to sit in office even though they are not allowing to work from home.

Trend Micro as a company is good in terms of technology and leadership, the team I worked for was toxic and harrasment was at the peak. When voiced out, the person was supported as she had blessings from top leaders , so I had to quit, I don't think putting your dignity at stake is required, your work should be appreciated, you are not in a organisation to entertain your bosses.

I hated my boss , most of them hate her. But no one voices out.

The work culture here is just awesome. No micro management and everybody is so helpful. Strict no-no to office politics. It is all because of the great foundation laid by the management. This is what you call an employee friendly organization. If you ever get a chance to work here, do not leave it.

Dislikes

Get ready to stick in your role for few years before you could be promoted. Since there are many employees who are here for long, your chance may take a while.
