Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

You will get good technical knowledge. Exposure to work on projects is really good.

Dislikes

Salary benefits as compared to work load is very low. This company would have grown like anything but the approach of management towards hardworking employees is not rewarding which resulted into high attrition rate.

Company provides the solutions on Power System Problems. Basically company works on Power Factor Improvement, Harmonics Reduction as well as they also do power quality analysis and provide solutions on it. TPSS has all over India client base and Overseas client also.

Dislikes

No, I am not dislike about working at TPSS. Overall work experience is Good.
