Poor middle management and leads who create politics hindering the growth . No scope for growth of skills No learning Lazy attitude of most employees towards work. Proactive attitude is highly needed .

Good canteen facilities. If you are getting bored, you can play Carrom, Video Games with your colleagues. Excellent work culture. You will celebrate all festivals and enjoy fun activities. Drink lovers can enjoy the Annual Party with unlimited drinks and other stuffs in 5 star hotels. Company organises annual Cricket League for cricket lovers too. You can cover your spouse, childrens and parents also in mediclaim no extra pay for your parents. You won't regret after joining this company.

- No work life Balance. - High level of Partiality. - If you have worked in a disciplined environment then it would be difficult to survive here as there is no defined process and professional culture in this organisation. - Senior Management is very rude and manipulate process almost every day. - Blame game is too common. - Difficult to reach Senior Management to propose any suggestions or improvement plan. - Worst legacy application environment is in place to work with however nonone will tell u before appointment and post appointment management will pressurize like anything. - HR never ever assist for any Query. - On paper hybrid work culture mentioned there but reality is different. - Think atleast thrice before u join.
