...advice: whatever u feel lyk can be improved talk directly to upper management. Salary compensation. i blv some ppl are working 1st time in their life on emails and google sheet and doing so they feel lyk they hv concuered the world. Wake up..every company works on email and xcel or spreadsheet. But to prove your mettle, work hard no manager can let u down...

Good working Environment. Its a good platform for new comers and for them who want to start their career in travel domain.

1. Less Salary 2. High expectation in terms of conversion and target. 3. Poor decision and initiative taken by department head in terms of long term goals.

Overall Travel Triangle is a good company the only drawback is - salary is very low in comparison to other companies within the same field and I have worked almost 3.5 years and first promotion I have got within in a 8 months but after that nothing .... Yes COVID is also the reason ....

Some people who having a good tenure and position sometimes they treat you like a slave.... I know it's seems a surprising comment but that's true ..... That's the only reason I have left this organization.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...s a team and quite friendly. Domestic Trips for teams are made once in a month. Salary packages and hikes are also good.

Dislikes

The cafeteria in the company is not as per the standard of company. There is no job security. Sometimes employees have to stretch their working hours to get the maximum bookings. Overall the company is really good.
