They will use you nd kick out if u ask for increment after one yr.. this yr bonus will be given by nxt yr.. they wont allow u to learn anything bcz of small company you should take care of allur process of tours visa insurance.. only 7 people in the office, all of them working more than 10yr you will go to the office as fresher nd u will be a assistant for all of these people they wont allow you to learn anything.. they will not giv experience letter, leave, pf money.. fraud company
