Too much politics n management doesn't care about employees .Too much politics don't waste ur time and health working here .if u are Muslim u will get concessions cause the manager is Muslim.or even if u are a good looking girl .all the reports are altered and incentives are given only to those who are wanted by management .all the team leads have the I'd passwords no rules and regulations of u go against the management or take leaves then they will play with ur incentives.there is no use talking to the hr because he also is completely understand management many people lose their minds working in this place .2 people died out of suicide that's what rumours say .and they don't recognise talent here .who ever locks the management will get promoted even if they don't know how to speak basic English .All people are so bossy here .the way they talk to the employees is unacceptable.They don't even give early hike to the employees.1. Girl who was working went and asked for hike. And then the next day itself they showed she got errors and terminated her .only good thing is if u work here u would have faced so much politics and they would have abused you so much mentally and physically that if u go work in any of the better companies u will feel so relieved .all team leads don't have basic English communication skills .only now they r expanding setting up the office they don't have time to give hike also they will use you .My advice don't join this company there are much better companies out there who respect the employees and work life balance is maintained .They terminate people without reason .save ur time don't waste ur life joining this company.

One of the third class company and management you can ever work with, They use such a cheap tricks,they lie,they cheat,they give false information,they do fraud,they scam. Think thrice before you join this organisation.

1st thing no job security,they keep on changing the process when ever they like, Salary will not be given correctly for the hard work done. It is full of scam, fraud, And partiality in work.

Management needs to focus more on their employees as some work smart as well hard to complete important checks and documents on time, whereas some only work to achieve their target and earn incentives. On festival there are lots of chances that you might not get the desired day off due to work force requirement.

Everything is going good as of now. Working since 1 1/2 yr now environment is great team is great salary package a little low but incentives can cover it ...

Only thing I felt is that I was hired for jogeshwari loc and due to lockdown the jogeshwari branch has been closed now it will only be vashi which is too hectic to travel from mira road

-there are no seating in reception they have 10 chairs but no allowed to sit - girls washroom is worst maintenance no tissues at all - they charge for tea and coffee and oly water is free - girls are supposed to put 5 rs coin for a sanitary pad in case of emergency - cross training is for 20 mins - we have to make numbers is the cross trained client and make numbers if not extend - we do not get our extension amount as well - our incentives is at risk when cross trained is worst and we don't get our incentives - everyday we are extending for some other client for 1 hour 2 hour - systems shut down on its own when working - no proper network connection - Latency issues all the time - they don't not discuss anything with associates -decisions are made and then ordered to associates - no relax time - no sick leaves - more than 2 sick leave incentives is not provided - transport we have to wait for 1-2 hours to get inside the cab after extending - there is nothing to like about this company
