...called me for one more round and when i asked how long the interview will take . she said she don't Know nor she knew how much salary is being offered . When I told her about my current salary . She said we can't offer you this much . They wasted my six months in telling me that they cannot afford me and taking my interviews without knowing whats their job requirements. Worst company . If they couldn't afford me they why were they taking my interviews , in the first interview itself they were aware of my salary. When i asked them how much they can offer , I was surprised not even even half of my salary. Good company to waste time

Working timing not fix but salary is fix , not Total TCI staff but My office Staff behavior is bad , mash conditions very bad, round figures of rating ( 3 )

Quite poor hierarchy level placed in GBD, company policy is very poor on terms or Home intake on salary and seniority status Strict working hours 7 days working, where as in shipping always 5 days working implanted in industry, policy not aligned as per current shipping trend
