Inside the company all the politics only goes on and people try to bring you down. The management fired people in only 3-4 months period. No job security at all. Company doesn't honor to their terms and conditions and they ask you to volunterly resign. Pathetic and few good people who are there they are unable to do things due to the politics.

Too much internal politics, no commitment, fired people, no job security.

There is lot of politics, which I am least bothered however my final payment was not been settled and was lied that it’s been settled. It’s like you made use of me and then threw me with nothing.

When you promise an employee regarding the organisation benefits and terms and conditions, kindly keep up the promise. Pathetic work culture. I would say there a lot more than politics. The head of organisation’s, CEO and COO kindly look into it. If this continues then there will be lot of loss and disasters done by your own so called heads if the departments.
