I had started my career in Tranpac Software solution which gave me a good platform to start. They made us to learn, I am very much satisfied with my work and task. Friendly people and very less politics. It is situated in heart of city Anna Salai Chennai and very good timing general shift 9 - 5.45 and also Saturday & Sunday weekend off these are the best thing about this office.

Dislikes

Support team is the worst team and support team lead do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. We want to accept whatever he say's, He does not allow to talk with other team member or to discuss about any issue and literally you feel like how primary school teacher will handle us. There is no chance to explore our self. I do receive appreciation emails from my top managers but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Appraisals should not even expect an average will get flat 4% hike for everyone. Those who got promotion will get around 10 to 15% hike that to very rarely for very few ppl. And no facilities like free transport , childcare, cafeteria, work from home and free food. Mainly When you resign from the company then they will treat you like a trash, they wont respect and they wont allow your inside totally they will handle us like we are terrorist.
