At the beginning it was usual politics happens everywhere, then it got bigger they pay you very very less, yearly hikes happen rarely and there is no proper policy, work environment is not good, Office space is very bad, notice period will be extended without proper intimation, Timesheet nonsense will be questioned, No work ethics can be expected from the management, Holiday and leaves are never a word of conversation with the employer, Sicks leaves will be LOP. Reliving letters and final settlement might or might not happen. I personally didn't wait for those so I QUIT my job by writing a mail to the management that I don't like your way of treating me ,their toxic culture and micro management ruins my mental health, later after 10 days management informed my colleagues( when they enquired about me )that they fired me and in background verification of my new employer they said I absconded , luckily I had the conversation and the copy of my resignation mail with me which I produced to my new employer they indeed laughed on reading those details and hired me there are good management too.. so there will opportunities so don't work your a****f in that place for papers be bold and question them on your right to know. Seriously i don't want to bad mouth my previous employer it will affect my career still , things has to exposed for the betterment of others
