Tradologie is very bad company which is not giving my salary after resignation i have worked with that as Arabic sales executive, company's behavior like animals and hiring and firing are always going on because every two months they fire and don't give salary

Company wants you to work as Broker and middle man because company has nothing to sell and it shows that they are really sell but they loot sellers and buyers both of them as my salary is on hold after resignation and doing a follow up on regular basis but CEO Sahil not responding not even HR Nisha so all Arabic candidates are requested not to join this worst company of the world.

Worst work culture, highly demotivating MD and manager, target based company and no salary for the month if target not achieved and you won't be able to achieve Onboarding target as they are just doing fraud business, they have no international importers on there platform.

...regarding salary which will not inform entire month when you join the company...just one day before the salary date they will tell you about the salary policies and not pay you a single penny after month

They don't provide salary if target not achieved Job is not stable from career perspective. People are bound to resign as they don't get their salary.
