Salary, incentive structure & growth opportunities are very good.

Salary, incentive structure & growth is really good but the only thing company lacks is business ethics. They drown hard earned money of people by forcibly asking them to trade on intraday calls for generating brokerage. No positional trade or strategic trade is done by dealers. They can clean up clients 1 lakh rupees in mere 2-3 days.

They are not good give salary people who resign job because I resign I didn't got money salary total 20000 was with them I am asking for my salary they are not keep up the phone

I was working over there for 1 month after that I regret my decision because the companies to bad there is no work culture

Everything is bad in this company there is a no work culture there is no job security there is no salary security there is no career senior use bad language totally bad

Nothing I like about working tradebulls securities. PF and ESI full paid by employees. employer not paid any contribution. No job security they terminate unlegally and unlawfully Boss treate us abusing and very insulting way

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Good work environment and culture was not present here. Teammates are supportive but managers are not transparent. There are huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not supportive for employees appraisals are not fair they do not give hike and bonus every year.
