Working at Trackonomy Systems has been a deeply disappointing experience due to severe issues with work life balance and job security. Firstly the work-life balance is alarming. Employees are expected to be available at all hours, with work often spilling over late nights and weekends. There is little to no consideration for personal time, leading to high of stress and burnout among the staff. Job security is another problem. The company has a troubling practice of ON-THE-SPOT-FIRING, often without any prior warning or justifiable cause. This creates a constant atmosphere of fear and instability, where employees are unsure of their future and feel undervalued and expendable. In summary, Trackonomy Systems fails to provide a supportive and secure work environment. The disregard for work-life balance and the lack of job security make it a challenging and stressful place to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and healthy work environment.
