I woked at Toyota as a client location, if you got an opportunity in design field then don't join, work is fully like labour work so please don't join, one advantage is they will pay good salary compared to other companies . Respect is Only for employees U need to do the work what employees assign you irrespective of your Designation and Qualification.

...aspects 3. Making sure that all employees are getting adjusted to New normal 4. Adhering to all defined policies of last year for bonus and salary hike although economic conditions are not so good

1. New ideas are not easily acceptable- ideas should go through complete toyota way process (this was good till now and it will be good in future also, but) In this challenging situation we could have just taken some different routes

...higher authority for doing small small improvement work, training is also good,.there is no delay in salary. At the time we get salary with salary statement. Food is also good,

Growth is comparatively slow and work pressure is very high. There is no work guarantee for trainees. Sometimes our work will completely different from our field.
