...y convinced by appeasement . As they have to pass only three years contract . Otherwise bonus & insurance is rally good . Specially in Covid situation the support of company is amazing.

You will get to learn a lot of things especially for a chemical engineer, work environment is simply awesome the teammates are very much helpful, For a fresher salary is good compared to other companies and as it is an MNC so one will get healthy growth in future.

Talking about dahej plant company as it is located in industrial area dahej so you have to travel 1:30 hr before your scheduled shift timing although bus facility is provided by company but travelling is wasting of time from my point of view Else all good

It's a really good company for everyone. Packaging industry is too large because without packaging we can not buy a single thing. It provides training time to time. Every year your will get a increment.

There is contract basis job as also which I don't like.

I have worked for only year in TIID, i have joined the company in Sep 15 in anticipation of so called Japanese MNC, as an Asst. Mgr. SCM but after I joined i come to know the business which I have chosen was not exists in India i.e. Plastic Colorant. Its a joint venture of TOYO colour n Huebach Colours.

First of all its not an MNC, culture and job satisfaction might be murdered in India. Everyday life is just pathetic and one will feel hostile in this organisation if he has no alternate source of income. Bossism is at so extended level which destroy any genuine employee of the company. On day my DGM Sales called me and said, from today I have to sit in Heubach's plant, without any formal notice or hike in earnings. Its just buberism they follow with all SCM staff who don't co-operate their sales team in illegal transaction. Last but not the least, govt. Of india should audit their records from day 1.
