Human welfare is negligible in this company, politics every corner in this company, No benifits given for Hard work person even working on odd hours , Salary in Hand was very less comparative to other CGD company, Promotion given to those who are good in Gujarati.

Excellent job and working culture in PatialaGA. Alot of responsibilities given to individual engineer for self and technical or managerial growth.

Salary structure is very poor. Below manager employess unable to survive in this package. Hope managment for fare packages and hiring another one over current employer, due to this employess got dimotivate

The only thing to like about the company is the job security it gives and salary is credited on time on the last working day of the month.

... Torrent Gas has provided a great deal of bummer stated below in the points:- 1. Career Growth/ Salary hike - It is very slow in this company. To say even tortoise is faster than these two said terms. 2. Work Environment - It is just gruesome. The people in the company are itself not clear about what to do. They are just doing that Akshay Kumar special course "ITUS". Search google for more explanation :D. 3. Innovation - Whenever you want to try/give a new suggestion to do a said task, the seniors in the company just curb you or rather push you down into the ground. 4. Integrity - Seniors talk about integrity but they themselves are shady. When you try to do something with integrity, they just constantly bitter you daily with harsh words. 5. Politics - I think there is great exposure to politics in the company. A person can easily practice office politics here and can join later in government politics. 6. Work-Life Balance - As per HR Policy, it is seen that there is great work-life balance but in reality, it is just totally opposite of the same. We are constantly reminded that we are in great company but taking leave is just a whole new tiresome task. In the end of the day, you just wish that you have not asked your managers for leave. Sarcasm - *Otherwise, despite all these points, the company is truly a great company with a very balanced work-life, good salary, integral values.* If you totally want a scent of very little satisfaction, it is very exciting to join in here.

There was lot of things to see and learn as the company was in establishing phase and also helps in learning office dynamics at next level.

Dislikes

...g here that doesn't even change even after lot's of feedback and resignations. Package is very less for fresher and mid level but good for senior level. No actual employee welfare expect on paper. Treats there employees like full time educated labour. Tasks are fixed assigned on the basics of gender in there mind which can't be changed and are resistance to changes. Opportunities to entry level is restricted.

1. Not to worry about job security 2. Initial self learning phase as you will have direct interaction with vendors, dealer, govt. authorities...etc.

...s group not a single one yet won. 5. Negotiation.....It is good upto some limit. Everywhere cost cutting. 6. Worst policies. Many of us already told. 7. Job location is not fixed within district .... Overnight you have to shift to new job location without any compensation. 8. Employees are only liability not assets...Many one are resigned and some are waiting for a single opportunity.
