Not so much.. sometimes higher management needs to think about all employees. Encourage deserving employees by any appreciation,not always same old employees. I am never been appreciated in my 3 years of work. But saw non deserving candidates getting rewards.

•Salary on time and good •Leaves are suffice

•HR hires has no idea on actual KRA. •Frequent job role change. •No job security, you can be fired anytime anyday the management feels. •After hiring they can't give you tasks, demean your role and ultimately put blame that you are under performing. •No trainings are provided. •No support from manager. •Have to hangout with different team members and do gossip for getting work done. •Personal life interference by seniors.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow

Work Culture is Good but office Politics is so much to destroy your work enthusiasm.

There is so much point there is no appritiation for work you have done beyond extra surrounding. Always gives credit to Company older people's even if they did a plenty of mistakes too. The Company shows like they are big giant Company but in inside in reality they have nothing sometime they are facing hard to clear your salary.
