I'm working as shift incharge. 1.To maintain SAFETY Work culture. 2.Maintain attendees, work report,work plans. 3.To take a reliving from past shift & to conduct a shift meeting to discuss about working plans. 4.To make a point and call & Discuss about (KY) risk prediction. 5.To maintain shift logs & abnormality report, Shift handover details. 6.To check the work orders & production quantity & according to change work plans. SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY SAFETY FIRST IN MY INDUSTRY IS A VERY GOOD SAFETY CULTURE. That's why I like TORAY.

Worst company to work. Horrible experience in my career ever. Especially working with Korean expats. Worst people ever seen. Also the big group is full of having inside dirty politics and dramas. No system.

Dislikes

Especially Korean expats. They don’t value Indian culture, tradition. They always insult Indians and the management and HR people just ignoring the things and many times people complaining the situation and management and Hr just sitting idle. Better don’t go and work there. They might have big market name. But inside all having dirty politics and drama.
