If you have arrears and want temporary 13k-15k/ month this is your company. Can learn a lot about MS Word and little bit excel and other than that there is nothing to like about this company tbh.

Dislikes

Rotational shift. Night shift pay Rs.250/day. Hard working hrs and lots of pressure. Yearly Hike below 10-15%. If promoted it'll be around 15-20%. Forced to work overtime with very low overtime pay(100-150/hr). Food allowance 60rs only after 2 hrs of overtime. Unprofessional Supervisors and management. Promotions usually based on experience not performance. No cab no food provided. No Holidays.

Likes

Good working atmosphere and friendly worker. No risk on the job, you can stay till retirement. But you should work across different shifts.

Dislikes

Nothing specific. I can say they can improvize the salary and incentives to the standards.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Good to be part of this company, easy to approach any one. If you are interested to learn you are always welcome to learn. Work life balance is well and good. There is no work pressure.

100% of variable pay is not at all possible. Insurance coverage and company policy about insurance is poor.

Overall it's a good company. Team mates are supportive. Job security is not there

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
