New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...ed and master-slave mindset management. It is not professionally manage company. Salary is always delayed. Performance appraisal is solely depend on management mood and its delayed by at least 6 months. The work contract/ appointment letter is designed such a way that they can exploit you as and when suited to them. Work practice is non ethical and toxic. No strategic business planning is there . They pay more than the other companies, if you know how to negotiate well.

Dislikes

They'll not pay salary on time. Fifteen to twenty days delay. Even delayed one whole month. With these delays it's really hard to work.

In-hand salary was good, there is no much more deduction from basic salary.If you seat at Pune Tooltech office than working culture is good, but at client location it will vary company to company.

We were given fair share of benefits and allowance , problem was it was never on time . We were given bulk of our allowances (which is supposed to come every month ) of 3 or 4 months on some random day
