This company will drain your mental and physical well being. You will be working in a highly political environment with lot of illogical and bird brained people. Highly autocratic so called founders who will threaten you with your job failing to meet targets which are highly impossible to achieve. Management expects that people should work 26 hrs a day, yes you are reading it right ;-) The product is highly unstable and clients are given false promise and will be kept in dark. No internal process or control and founders make sure no framework is set so they can divide and rule. HR are just puppets and simply pass on the communication from management. Awards are fake and brought.

Likes

Flexible environment and one of the best company where an individual can enhance the skills. Employees are very supportive and Head of People Office is one of the best leaders can anyone face.

Dislikes

Compensation part for HR is not upto the mark.
