It's good for the people who are finding the the work place to do new innovations & experiment,except warehouse department all other departments are good.

•Work timings is not balance •growth is zero especially in warehouse department.

Likes

It's a really good company that works on cutting edge equipment and technologies. Their clients include defense applications and therefore the kind of work you're exposed to here is really on a level that you don't see in regular commercial companies as affordability is not their main concern. The atmosphere in the office is very comfortable, he work culture is very relaxed (for the most part) and The office timings are flexible. From my time here I can wholeheartedly say that most people working here genuinely enjoy the work that they do.

Dislikes

I joined as an intern, not even done with college yet. The amount of work they were able to give me wasn't a lot as a lot of the things they work on requires a lot of technical experience that you will not have as a fresher/student. As a result, most of the time everyone else in the office would be busy but there would sometimes be multiple days in a row where I didn't get any work to do. I'd suggest joining as a full time employee with a little work experience under your belt instead of joining as an intern if you're in the mechanical engineering/design field.

They offered me internship and when it came to book the tickets and travel, all of a sudden they reject my application with out giving me any specific reason....terrible

Not giving employment apportunities.
