They are highly inhuman . They just trap the candidates showing good salary but the working conditions are worst there. They keep the original documents of candidate to blackmail him and force to work as per there inhuman terms and conditions. School gives an appointment letter which nothing but a tool to trap the teachers and bound them to work with the school. Not a single clause in the appointment letter in in favour of candidate. They terminate the teachers without giving any notice in advance. Just 5 min before they may refuse you to come next day.

Dislikes

No job permanency, no work culture. Long working hours. Compelling to attend the school on sunday.No one month notice before termination.

This is the best school which sets its high working standards and always honour to those who are dedicated for students and their work .

People without looking at their part just put the allegations on school they don’t see what wrong they are doing . In the school most of the teachers are working from last ten years but as expansion is taking place new teachers are to be added but people from out side always need favours though school always treat them as family members but they don’t keep their promises and leave the school in between without doing their duties and blaming the school in their own way . Not acceptable at all . Very unprofessional and unethical people .

One of the best management as well as for the students, a great place to learn many great things ...liked the whole working system ,we work as team there and I feel very lucky to be a part of this TMI school team

Worst timing. Teachers will be switch if management will not improve their timings for teacher approx 3-4 hours are being waste on teachers part. This is exploitation and totally nonsense.

Dislikes

Teachers timing .what means to come earlier and exit later of school timings .
