It is a huge difference about salary paid on apprentice basis employees or contract basis employees

All traditional day celebration As on date there is no extreme level pressure Achievable targets will be given to branch Supporting superiors Priority to your home town Bank performance is good

The bank had a good reputation but due to change in management no growth to competent talent has gone into ruins. It seems like the downfall of this bank (which no one wants) has started the time from which a new ringmaster was brought in.

Supportive Staff and Work culture is good, Payroll staff salary is decent , Some Branch ABM AND BM IS very supportive but in branches in very terrible Abm and Bm

Dislikes

Contractual employees ( Outsource Staff) Salary is very poor not increase salary on contractual staff 12k only . 7 year experienced contractual staff salary only 15k

Very good job security even in covid time they give full salary with 50 % attendance. working culture is good very friendly colleagues. This bank is known for its Customer service which is also nice from customer point of view.

Dislikes

What I don’t like is their promotion policy no proper career growth very less salary too much politics in HR management level now a days they adopt private bank like culture where they put too much pressure on employees for marketing, business, targets etc very rigid marketing policy every day you have to go out to do marketing more than a banker you feel like you are a sales guy.
