Lot of politics and World of titan is a franchise outlet they do not give proper salary on a time lots of headache and do over time with out any extra pay. There is growth means nothing i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a days even in festival days also.

The company is very good and excellent but i requested for some salary incrimante around 3000 to 4000 RS but i was requesting store manager to give a better salary as per my personal needs i had a huge commitments i was facing huge financial issues my monthly income was only 14000 RS i was requested so much for store manager to improve my salary just RS 3000 to 4000 incrimante since i have been to company 3 years working experience in world of titan Kammanahalli store but manager was showing some partiality between me every time he use to give a false commitments and working hours is only 9 to 10 hours per day but our store team including me use to work 13 to 14 hours per day daily time was extending due to professional work even though he never felt mercy to do more salary every time he use to give us a scolding and back bitting and insulting front of every one manager has to be changed from the store there is no help from the manager he is very arrogant and ego person i have never seen in my life as of now due to store manager i left my job from titan and i used to work for franchise no growth as of now from titan only i got experience no proper salary because every one works for the better growth but store manager he never requested for the incrimante in salary he is a very selfish person my feed back is for the store manager. Please change the manager from the store Kammanahalli then company can still go in growth and success. My dislike i hate store manager if we work hard also if i show best performance also but he never use to give apriciate and no motivation only insulting and no incrimante from the company

I have been working at Titan industries Ltd. Work culture is good, lots of gud mentors r thr to help u out, get to learn new things always, working environment is gud & would always recommend people to join this company.

Very Long working time, low pay scale, Work schedule is tough as all day are working.
