No promotion.. If you are doing good the faculty and permanent staff members push you down and make strategy how to make you out from department.... Senior only sit on chair and doing gossips and even not help you in busy schedule just make fun of your and planning how to make you trouble... There is no place in the department for OT staff to eat and take a break you have continue wash or doning your assignment work without eating and drinking anything .. You have to only punch in the hospital in your uniform and this rule is ony for nurses.. When they make changing room at the 4th floor and off the lift in early morning so that you can use stair to reach and change your dress than come to punch... So bad

Management is least bothered about the staff nurses. Yes, senior staff will get the best remuneration. However, subordinates will be measured in the basis of relation with your incharge. I'll say quite demotivated by the behaviour of senior staff incharges who are there for ages. Young staff are being bullied and harassed even when they requested and applied a two day eave a month before and later they mark you absent and deduct your salary. Security amount for two initial months is such pathetic concept. I would advise think 100 times before joining here.
