TIH offers flexible timings along with a wonderful work-life balance. Every day there is something new to learn from colleagues in the Ops and Tech teams. Everyone is given the opportunity to participate in various conferences, talks, etc. to connect with the industry. TIH also provides access to Coursera to upskill ourselves in our respective domains.

The resources available are high and you'll not find it somewhere else but you won't be able to utilise them.

Dislikes

Their HR and their influence over the whole whereas they should be the most unbiased person. Culture is highly toxic and lots & lots of politics in a team strength of 60 members. Also, within year 2024 20+ people have resigned from TIH because of their culture & politics. They may show TIH has got BharatGPT as project but that's totally superficial.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
