Little bit could be improved to give the training to youngsters and reduce the gap between academic and scientific level to meet the work requirements more effectively.

I had been there for about 2 months as a Intern and it was a unpaid internship. But the work satisfaction, the work you do there is under complete guidance under one of the most experienced person. It was a student internship for college project which was successful at a interns side as well as at the company's end.

The things that are discussed above mostly depends upon the lab in which you are working.The group in which I was working was not upto the mark of TIFR reputation.Scientific officer,technical assistant and one project student was awful.Their only work was gossiping and flirting with younger female students.50% of teammates were good and helpful.

Dislikes

Lots of politics,name calling,spreding rumours and gossiping.Work environment was disgusting.Zero innovation.
