...Polite and friendly behaviour at every level. Senior management is approachable. Great salary and perks. Leave policy is excellent

Upper management is obtuse to change. Culture although is average the projection of it is too high which is not the reality. Closed nityed senior management run the company based on their wins and fences rather than logic sometimes. A lot of influence by the UK team to drive everything in India although culturally not able to comprehend the needs of Indian employees. Infrastructure is poor and this definitely a work from office company contrary to what they advertise.

Very less appraisal (5%) for exceed expectations. No Bonus CEO is a micro manager and CPO has created a toxic culture in prod-engineering ESOP of no value as the price at which they issue is very high now

Worst company. Remote work model is not good in tide fraud is going on. I request ceo to open this office Hyderabad Telangana and to follow Delhi hybrid model. No fair treatment, treating employees not fair Hyderabad tide is worst management. It's better office life they are asking to work more than 11 hours. Firing people without any valid reason

Tide is waste platform and the Manager name Sravan and Harsha are. Making employee to work more and they didn't give salary.This is hourable waste of time.And it is fraud one.
