My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). Till senior consultant you have good opportunities to learn. India management gives freedom. Work-life balance except few project. Overall enforces the German cutlure.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Less or no opportunities to grow in the ladder after senior consultant. No clarity on the role afterwards No clear matrix. No transperency from Gemran org. Career growth only possible if you are in good books of some powerful people. No/less control from India management.
