because ,its icu staff and other departmental staff , and also management is good and experiancable staff and all staff is caring. i am learing a high quality equipment handling, managing emergency s cases

Colleagues and co workers are very accommodative and co-operative. Best environment for learning from basics under expert guidance from seniors, to convert you into a full fledged professional. Not to worry about appraisals and payrise since it gets compensated by the in-house training. Overall, the one place for Freshers to start a career for a rich experience and bright future. Consulltants guide us at every step. The Medical Director treats his subordinate doctors as friends and is very caring to all. There is no Groupism or Politics.

Dislikes

Work-load is heavy, but no pressure tactics, since duties are well distributed. Duty hours are prolonged if patients crowd to OPD/IPD/ICU etc.

The company is good to its staff. Great learning experience. Only problem is leave. There was no leave criteria 5 years back (I'm not aware of the present scenario). But you get to develop your skills and competencies there.

Good learning experience and opportunity to develop competencies.
