I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Salary they are not giving as expected. Appraisals are getting very low and there is very bad policy of they will give you promotion but not the salary hike.

People in Gurgaon office are good. The office environment is vibrant.

There is emphasis on learning and development, but organization does not want to make any investment in that regard. 4. There is a concept of feedback, but only top down. The company is not in line with Industry standard of 360 degree feedback

Team leads are good most of the time Tech stack is cutting edge but still can't learn shit due to delivery pressure

Dislikes

Salary is pretty low balled, mostly talks rather than work. Weekend work has been continuously creeping over since 1 yr. Almost every project has stupid CLT who have overpromised things and devs pay price of it.
