...ost amazing part is I get a chance to sharp my skills at a very good level here. As for fresher salary is good here as compared to other companies.

Learning is good but their will not be good culture.

The work culture is worst. Working hours are longer. The manager treats you poorly. The upper management is also the worst. Work on weekends as well but get no appraisals. No appreciation for the work. Pip or lay off without any notice. They also ask employers to write fake reviews so don't trust all the reviews blindly.

1. Employees are focused and keen to take up work challenges as well as acquire new skills and knowledge. 2. Seniors are very helpful in nature and coordinates with each member of team very well. 3. Hybrid mode is also available which helps one to do their work according to their ease which in turn increases ones productivity.

Its a positive collaborative environment, everybody is so helpful and supportive. The work environment is very healthy. The people here are hardworking and motivate you to work harder. Also, one is encouraged to take up new challenges, learn new things, and that helps to grow as a person, as well as an individual. The time at T2B for me has been quite great.

I have been with Thoughts2Binary from last 3 months, and it has been amazing experience. The ability to telecom is huge perk and I can't imagine working elsewhere. The work culture is phenomenal and my colleagues are friendly and inspiring. It's a collaborative environment where everyone helps each other solve problems. The positive environment here is infectious and there are ample of opportunities for professional development. we are constantly solving problems and developing new and better ways to do things. I am proud to be a part of Thoughts2binary - an innovative and forward thinking company.
