Working as a Master Copy Editor we can have some knowledge about how we prepare the Journals for the readers. We encounter with new things every day so that we can learn new things everyday. We learn how to handle the work pressure even in the tough time. Overall, we can say we have experiences which are really helpful for us in moving further life.

I think it would have been better if we had little more salary according to the capability of our work that we are working for.

...d culture. Teammates are supportive and helpful and the management is very good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and salary increment depand on employer performance.

My Seniors (both my Senior Managers) were highly talented, experienced and had in-depth business knowledge of the Editorial Business Process and Account Management.

The company did not allow flexi timings, there were salary deductions for late punch-ins and all four Saturdays were working days.

There’s nothing to be liked about my working here as they don’t have any vision. The decisions are made on their likes and dislikes for the people . The management is a group of psychos, terribly lacking professional ethics and behaviour. They physically, mentally harass people to their own motives and benefits to an extent that people quit either by themselves or are laid off

Though is a part of India today group but seriously worst place to work here. No work ethics No work culture Lack of vision Misbehaviour of top management No job security Partial treatment & favouritism People who lack skills are only working here Highest Attrition rate

No culture. It's like a school or labour factory.

Lifts not allowed for employees but only for VIP. No campus. No good projects. Late appraisals. No one can speak or bring ideas. No respect. Many other basic restrictions. Don't join unless have no any other option.
