Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

None of the heads are trust worthy. They will not pay you a single penny and they are manipulative.

Dislikes

Entire company is a fraud the employees and clients both has been scammed at the end. They will take your money and terminate you if you are an employee. Also they are physically abusive especially their ceo Arijit Hazra, females in the company are not safe.

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time. Chances are they won't even payout. Office politics is on nect level. If you are favourite of ceo will get everything else its waste of time and mental health.
