Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Although i had left the job in the year 2019 but as far as i know about the company it is nice whenever it comes to salary distribution . So i hope that it had helped all its employess during the pandemic.
