My salary was ok as I was fresher or it was my first job ,i think it was good experience ,good working culture and the most important thing anti ragging hotel while working in the zuri white sands Goa.they give exposer to their staff.i was working on the front desk they give chance to their staff to direct interact with guest.most of the thing is excellent working culture ,co operative staff n seniors.

I like to work with them again if I will get another chance.

Such a beautiful property spread over 38 acers of land in South Goa, Employees are very nice and supportive among each other. Hotel facilities for the guests and staffs are too good. I am proud to be part of this growing organisation since Sept 2023.

I think - the company is providing all the resources to team members to perform their duties... So no dislikes!

I have not seen a pathetic management like this in my 6 yrs carriers........and no support from the management at this pandemic when we need management to stay with us and support us.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 10 to 14 hrs straight in a day also there is no on job training for Freshers hence senior folk's like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes. There is no job security in this company.

I have an overall 7yrs + job experience, different organisations have their different specialisation but here I saw everything is too good from employees to work environment to facilities. I hope if the pandemic does not occur then they will provide Job Security too.
