Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The company sacked around 28 employees in one go. Amidst the lockdown and Covid-19 situation, we were jobless and even the final settlement of our salary was made after 45 days.

The company is a Mumbai based online Wedding Services Company and I was based in Delhi I and handling the Delhi Market. I love the fact that I was part of a team that gives freedom to their employees to work according to the market and analysis the Market and it's demands. Another plus point is that we all are from different cultural background and we work as a team all together taking all along with us. I have seen a growth in this company in past 11 months

Compensation is Decent but salary credit is late.The Head was partial and didn't like me and tried to fired me without any justification many a times but my manager in Delhi supported be really. The Growth in the company was good but not as per my expectations. They hired for Delhi Market but need to go to Noida and greater noida as well.
