If you are looking forward to join the family office, do check that your Reporting Manager is not Sunil Keswani, he is the GM but dont even deserve to be a clerk, complete insensible, unaccountable whenever there is any challenge he will put all blame on you & leave.

Oly permanent employee are very good condition for job security and salary increament.

Mostly employee are working through third party payroll.there is no increament and security in third party payroll.

*You’ll get peanuts in hand as compared to mentioned CTC after deduction * If you’ll perform then only people will recognise you, otherwise they won’t consider you. *No Growth .. you’ll be in the same position 4 years back then you have joined.

The amount of experience that i have gained. The company owns a National newspaper that holds a big rapport. One has to work hard who understand the worth of getting bylines published in a National newspaper as The Times of India. So far so good.

Dislikes

The pay scale for journalists, both contractors and on-roll is average. The amount of effort we put in, the company needs to look into it.
