Salary on time , long term job security

Low salary , salary doesn’t match the job requirements and Education background experience. Fish monger and butcher have higher salary then HEAD OFFICE high system knowledge employee which seems funny and illogical . So why do people waste their lives in completing their university degree rather they can learn cut fish and meat which is alot easier.

I didn't have any facility accoumondation and transportion also they charge there is no gym there is no sallery gain they only gave huge amont of sallery for fish mongor and butcher only and also they cut bonus they don't have overtime only 110 kd how can i managed ......

As i said there is nothing to be liked in sultan centre. The main thing which i dislike in sultan centre is this that there is no respect whosoever you are.. Eg, sales assistant, Housekeeping, etc...

The Sultan Center L.L.C have given me good opportunity and given me a chance to be a part of management team and responsibilities. The management team have support me to implement the new process in the company as operations audit, give me chance to learn and implement many improvements in the processes, implement the hygiene processes in the company, evaluate the operations (all stores in the country) and evaluate all the departments which concerns the operations, evaluate and cross checking the flyers and much more. The company have given me very big responsibility in very small periods. Soon after the company have given me Assistant manager training and also company have send me to Jordan for training of Inventory Manager. The management team have trusted and believed in me. And I really appreciated and thankful that I was the part of the Sultan Center L.L.C where I learn the whole process of the retail business.

Dislikes

Sultan center llc have to improve the managerial process the communication and knowledge of head office in Kuwait should be proper between the all employees and the management team. As many foreigners are underpaid and very talented but company is ready to loose the good and loyal employees but not ready to pay what employees deserve.
