this school takes trial of teacher for 3,4 days and after 2 weeks says there is no vaccancy you can take your 10 day salary. Management consists of son mother in law as principal and daughter in law as vice principal. vice principal mrs preet is arrogant lady who doesnt know how to talk to staff and enters class anytime during the teaching instructions without any excuses. they do not pay your amount on right time and the employee feels like beggars asking salary of their hard work. HR lady which is close to the management considers herself god and talks like principal as if she is owner of the school as she is close to the management. in short it is a family run business with no focus on education. they just advertise vaccancy for name sake please do not waste yout time whoever is a skilled teacher.

salary not on time HR lady behaviour too arrogant. No focus on education. just random classes. NO manners by vice principal how to talk to staff. they will sign you a contract but its only for name sake.

Working with shikshiyan was the biggest mistake , the institution is unorganised and a lot of malpractices in staff payment and allowance is in play.

Unprofessional behaviour of Administration, No rules and regulations are followed on salary , allowance of the staff. Unethical work culture

Financial reimbursement always is next to respect and dignity. They don't treat with respect and when it comes to salary they make you feel like beggars. You are asking for what you have worked hard for but they have a problem in reimbursing even that.

... incompetent teachers because here nobody is hired based on talent rather based on who asked for minimum salary

Salary is decent , but work atmosphere is terrible. Too much interference of management and not cooperating and supporting. There is no job security any time they can kick without any prior notice.

Management Behavior. No job security as they (Mrs. Geeta Dagar, Mr Mukul and his wife) terminate employees on text messages. Even worst, they message you in evening around 7 - 8 P.M and ask not to come to school from tomorrow onwards. No professionalism. Biased behavior for parents. No teacher support. Over work pressure.
