Yes for fresher only for 1year is good to join here to gain practical knowledge...otherwise lots of politics is here no growth nothing

No growth... salary structure is very poor..even they behave terrible with b.tech students too....they treat b.tech students like normal 12th pass...they don't respect any employee...work culture is very poor....

...per only even if you are a assistant merchandiser. •No respect •No growth •Salary hike rules too bad cause they hire people with 12k and every year give you 10% hike on it so you can say no hike even if you're having good performance. •Negative and Illiterate people with low thinking. •HRs are only for cut salary of people with low salary with innovating new rules daily. •Very disappointed work culture now adays.

If you are female and you do not feel comfortable with any senior you can raise a complaint because company will fire you. Company do not believe to find the solution and solve the problem.

I had a negative experience with this company they treated me poorly because I was a fresher and there was no job security. No matter what my qualifications or degree were, they treated me like a labourer or helper. Without any justification, they would dismiss you from their company.
