Nothing, Except the big greenary campus

Dislikes

Long distance from kolkata city with 3 hours journey one side to reach campus from Esplanade False commitment by HR and Admin for many facilities later refused to provide facilities. No supportive dean, lack of resources like stationary materials, worst classroom. Very vulgarity culture in the campus , Student indulge in open romance with silent support of Admin staff. No appraisal here, Dean deny appraisal.

1.Most useless Training & Placement Cell, The T&P Head Mr. Gopi is the most irresponsible, selfish man. He intimidates to other Employee to the Higher Management. 2.Students are experiencing difficulties with placement assistance. Instead of providing the necessary support, Mr. Gopi has been uncooperative and has pressured students to sign higher studies documents, rather than focusing on their immediate placement needs.

Only office timing is good. Polution free location.

Dislikes

Loosing job is common thing here. One man oriented. Everyday you have to give proof that you are doing something, otherwise you will lose job suddenly.Poor Hr policies.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and management is transparent. Company Policies are good. Appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

No Work life balance. Long and never ending working hours.
