...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The best part of the hotel is the staff and managers always stay positive special thanks to Mr. Anshul(FOM) and Mr. Sanzeev Bhatia (GM). Very professional and well maintained hotel

There was nothing such things which i liked... but yes i was liking my job.

Many things which i disliked there first of all the managers, they were posted as a manager but behaved like damager at every situation, none of them know the meaning of liaison. I NEVER LEFT MY JOB THEY THREW ME OUT AT VERY BEGINNING BEFORE THE LOCKDOWN IN MARCH.

i am thinking when the hotel need the staff they give a very sweet candy on that time bt in this pandamic we need or company support but company surprisly send the termination lettrr

Working with The Met was an amazing experience. You have full rights to ask for anything for which you are facing problem. Seniors I have worked with, are very cooperative in every aspect. Personaly and professionally they know how to treat with their Co workers. All I would say that this was the best place and team I have worked with.
