The upper level executives like managers and ceo and director are very curieol. If they find any one small mistake they will fire you. And while fire also they will not tell you directly they will inform to the secretary and they will inform you.

Good work atmosphere and the company is situated at the Heart f the city. Which is close to the Government Omandurar multi speciality hospital Chennai and close the The Hindu News Paper publication office and Government Estate Metro Rail station Chennai.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
