I really liked working as an intern in THE LEADING SOLUTION . The best thing i liked about the friendly behaviour of the mentor was that he understood the trainning period very well.

Dislikes

One thing i did not like was that i could not interect whit other intern and there was neither any official group nor an unofficial group

The company provided a good training.

This company is just an insurance selling company which operates by 5 different names. They hire interns from different universities under different names and in the end the main motive is to sell as much insurance policies as they can. They also lure students with stipends but obviously don't provide any of it.

Worst experience, complete waste of time unprofessional behaviour they want to increase their sales by making your relatives your clients.

Everything the behaviour is very rude. They only talk nicely till they want work from you after that they become rude.

It's a fraud company, I still regret of wasting my time of intern in these company. Fresher especially looking for Internship or job should never ever apply to these company. Their are Total 5 companies, who Director & staff is same, The Leading Solution is one of them.

Didn't like anything about this company during my internship they only forced students to sell their policy and after completion of internship they did not even pick my call and revert on your mxgs and mails.
