After terminating employees, they frustrate them further by withholding important documents and delaying salary payments for 45 to 90 days. In this office, the HR department is just for formalities, as all employees report directly to Gaurav Jaiswal, the CEO. Gaurav has a bad attitude towards employees, often saying, 'I am the CEO,' while displaying poor behavior. The entire management, including Gaurav, is unprofessional, and salaries are consistently delayed by 2 to 3 days.

Dislikes

Please think carefully before considering joining this company. The environment is very poor, and Gaurav Jaiswal exhibits extremely bad behavior. Additionally, Sandhya, who is the HR representative, mistreats and verbally abuses employees.
