As our school is closed due to covid-19 as a admin. Staff I am at home and not working, so school is not paying me my salary.

Dislikes

I have always loved my working place, even I love my work here in my school, management is good and supportive and even environment to work here.

Likes

... transparent. There is a huge dining which provides very hygienic and good food. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

Salary will be on time. But as they pay you they don't consider you as a humans they want you to work 24 hrs have no personal life

Dislikes

There are old staff vs new staff local vs out sider groups in working people. Working for best results is not important but sharing information about others to trustees is most of peoples main work so there is no support from anyone for any work. Old staff is uneducated illiterate and old mid. Chaplusi main dhandha hai yaha pe bas . If you are settled in any of grp your king or pls leave the organisation as early as possible .

Inffrastructar, faculty co-ordination &management, company facilities students disiplane security of job,good pay scale working schedule company policy benefits of employees etc.

I am dint say about dislike because I am unemployed.urgent need job lead to my life

Nothing to like much and people in new academic block doesnt have brains and only knows how to target new joiners by rediting the pdf,s .

Dislikes

Whole Jirs especially academic block is a dislike for working environment.
