Salary on time.Compulsory annual hike.work culture is good compared to other construction companies.

Pace of growth is very slow.Salary is not upto what standard reputed companies give .Annual hike is very less.No job training after joining.Remote location.No resources are provided like laptops.Too much centralised,every small decision are taken from head office.You can not negotiate on salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Even with all the positive points I feel company should provide compititive salary looking into market growth and capabilities.

The whole environment of company is very good.. I learn a lots of things by the company such as how to tackle a person while you are working at the site..

Dislikes

Salary growth is not as good as you do work at site.. Sometimes you have to do work for late night... However client is new then I have to guide at site, and it is very boring..
